Tonight will be a spooky night. It’s Halloween night so there will be a lot of scary stuff going on outside but for me it will be spooky for another reason. It is just one week away for the final of my interview.
After keeping you posted on several interviews I have had over the last week, it has all come down to this. My last chance to demonstrate why I am the best candidate for the job and my last shot to show everything I’ve learned over the past year and a half. The most interesting thing though is to recognize how far I’ve really come. Yesterday I was discussing with a fellow MBA how we’ve been able to gauge how much we learn in a matter of weeks. Now my time is up and it becomes time to perform.
That may not be the way you look at how to interview and it’s not necessarily a prescription for success. However, for me, it comes down to showing the skills I’ve gained, proving the value I’ll bring, and demonstrating the passion I have for the company. As always, I will keep you posted.
