Lecturer Mentoring Program

The Lecturer Mentoring Program is organized as a discussion group for full-time lecturers at Baylor. Participants will meet once a month to discuss a variety of topics related to lecturers and their promotion to senior lecturer. Topics may include expectations for lecturers, the lecturer notebook, best practices in teaching, and work-life balance. Additionally, a variety of Baylor faculty will serve as guest speakers. Provost Faculty Forum
The weekly Provost’s Faculty Forum provides faculty an opportunity to discuss innovative teaching. The theme for Fall 2013 is Learning Together. Each conversation will open with brief remarks from a fellow faculty member. The Forum meets Tuesdays from 12:30 to 1:30 pm in the McMullen-Connally Faculty Center.
