Lecturer Mentoring Program

The Lecturer Mentoring Program is organized as a discussion group for full-time lecturers at Baylor. Participants will meet once a month to discuss a variety of topics related to lecturers and their promotion to senior lecturer. Topics may include expectations for lecturers, the lecturer notebook, best practices in teaching, and work-life balance. Additionally, a variety of Baylor faculty will serve as guest speakers.
