Reflection: 8/15/14

3 things that we won’t forget about the iEngage camp–

1) Video we made for our project

2) Our counselor–Tori–we’re her rockstars!

3) How to help the community

In order to be an active citizen, we believe that we should help the people in our community and have a voice.

This camp has made us realize that we can help people even though we are young! We feel empowered to help our community and make a difference.

We can be helpful and nice to everyone in our community. We learned that we can do multiple different things to feed the hungry–our food truck, donating food, raising funds, passing out food, and more.

Our favorite thing about today was making our video about feeding the hungry!

3 important things we learned today:

1) How to be a lawyer

We think we canĀ make a difference in our community by being a good lawyer.

We really liked learning how to be a lawyer!

We would like to know more about how to help our community.

Three important things we learned today are:

1) Help the environment

2) How to help people

3) To get involved

We chose to learn more about hunger because we think it is very interesting and would like to know more about it! It is an important issue to our community!

We have learned how to be a citizen today. Being a citizen means that you get involved in your community.

We believe that we can make a difference in our community by writing a report to help out. We can talk to people about hunger and help them become aware of the problem and how they can help as well.

We really liked making the poster for our group and winning our badges! We had fun and got really creative.
